Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dongguan YunPei Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dongguan YunPei Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dongguan YunPei Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Changes to Terms
